5.A. 21-053h Consider the adoption of Resolution No. 22-012 making the necessary findings and re-authorizing the AC Transit Board of Directors and all District Advisory, Oversight, and Inter-Agency Liaison Committees to hold remote teleconference meetings during a declared state of emergency, subject to the requirements of the Brown Act, through April 22, 2022.
5.B. 22-214 Consider receiving Retirement Board minutes of February 24, 2022.
5.C. 22-148a Consider adopting Resolution No. 22-011, approving Amendment 22-A-19 to the AC Transit Employees' Retirement Plan (Plan).
5.D. 20-349b Consider authorizing the General Manager to exercise Option 1 (Year 3) to extend the District's Contract Nos. 2021-1514 (A-X), Outside Legal Services, with various law firms for the period beginning October 1, 2022 through September 30, 2023.
5.E. 22-193 Consider receiving the Monthly Report on Investments for January 2022.
5.F. 20-182a Consider authorizing the General Manager to exercise a one-year option to extend the general banking services contract with Bank of America from June 1, 2022 through May 31, 2023.
5.G. 22-208 Consider adoption of Resolution No. 22-010 authorizing the General Manager or his designee to file and execute applications and funding agreements with the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) for allocations of the FY 2021-22 Low Carbon Transit Operations Program (LCTOP) funds for Tempo operating assistance and the Mission Boulevard Transit signal Priority project; to provide Certifications and Assurances, and assign the General Manager, or his designee, as the Authorized Agent for the LCTOP.
5.H. 22-176 Consider authorizing the General Manager to issue an Invitation For Bid (IFB) for Construction Services associated with the Rapid Corridors for improvements along the Telegraph Avenue Corridor.
5.I. 16-279b Consider authorizing the General Manager to approve a six-month extension of District Contract 2017-1393 with Prudential Overall Supply for Uniform Rental and Laundry Cleaning Services.
