6.H. 22-159 Consider approving the release of a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for On-Call Architecture and Engineering (A&E) services.
6.I. 20-380a Consider approving the award of a firm-fixed price contract to ChargePoint of Campbell, California in the amount of $3,680,782 for the purchase of Battery Electric Bus charging equipment and the related Charge Management System to be installed at the Emeryville and Oakland Divisions.
6.J. 22-112 Consider adoption of Resolution No. 22-005 authorizing the General Manager, or his designee, to file and execute applications and funding agreements, and certifications and assurances with the California Department of Transportation for the 2022 Transit and Intercity Rail Capital Program (TIRCP) to fund the Zero-Emission Buses and Hydrogen Fueling Infrastructure project at Division 6 in Hayward.

7.B. 21-029e Receive the Final Report on the Redistricting Project and select Plan 3A for further consideration at the public hearings scheduled on March 9, 2022 and March 23, 2022 at 6:00 p.m.
7.C. 22-164 Consider whether to appoint a replacement for the ward 4 seat held by Director Williams or hold a special election; direct staff to post the appropriate notices; approve the dates for receipt of applications and holding of interviews for an appointment; and take such other action as the Board deems necessary.

7.D. 22-022 Consider receiving a report on the next steps toward a cashless payment system, including whether the savings from going to a cashless system would offset the costs of free fares for low-income riders. [Requested by Director Beckles - 2/24/2021]
7.E. 22-148 Consider receiving report regarding the actuarial impact on future annual costs of the proposed Amendment 22-A-19 to the AC Transit Employees' Retirement Plan (Plan); direct the District Secretary to provide public access to its contents for a period of at least two weeks from February 23, 2022 through March 9, 2022, in order for the comments to be considered at the March 23, 2022 Board of Directors' meeting.
